The production of jewelry requires meticulous attention and significant time to ensure the highest quality of the pieces.

Cancellation Terms

Transaction cancellations will be made in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

For jewelry priced under 3000 NIS: A transaction can be cancelled for items costing up to 3000 NIS, from the day of purchase and up to 48 hours, only if the jewelry has not been used. The responsibility and cost of returning the jewelry will be borne by the customer. The cancellation fee will be 5% of the transaction value or 150 NIS - whichever is lower.

And in addition, a 60 NIS shipping fee refund if the product was delivered through a delivery service. (Shipping outside of Israel 200 NIS)

For jewelry priced over 3000 NIS: According to law, there is no possibility of cancelling the transaction. Only store credit can be issued.

Jewelry that cannot be exchanged or returned:

• Custom-designed jewelry
• Jewelry that has been engraved or modified according to customer request
• Any changes made at the customer's request that differ from how the item is presented on the website
• Jewelry that includes personal customization

Transaction Cancellation Transaction cancellation is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981. Phone transactions are treated the same as physical purchases on the website.
