Orders

Orders can be placed by phone or through our website. When placing your order, you confirm that you are over 18 years old. Production time takes between 14-21 business days. Up to 12 interest-free payments are available for orders placed on the website. Henia Danielle company reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason, particularly if the website terms have been violated or for any other reason at the company's discretion. Warranty

The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers repairs to the jewelry within reasonable use and natural wear, subject to our discretion. It is recommended to insure the jewelry through an insurance company of your choice, starting from the moment you receive the jewelry. The warranty does not cover wear such as stretching, impact, or improper use of the jewelry, damage caused by improper use and care, accident and/or intentional damage. The warranty does not apply to loss, dropping, or theft of the jewelry or any part of it. The warranty does not include stone replacement, stone falling out, or stone loss.

Repairs

Henia Danielle company accepts repairs for products purchased through it. You can arrange delivery or send us the repairs by prior arrangement - shipping will be at the customer's expense and sole responsibility. Any repair not covered by the warranty will be performed for an additional fee.
