Orders can be placed through our website at any time and day. Each Henia Danielle jewelry piece is crafted for every order, and production time takes between 10-16 business days.
Of course, we try to expedite as much as possible. A jewelry piece selected to be shipped is insured until the moment it leaves our business premises. All responsibility during shipping falls solely on the customer. The jewelry is sent with our shipping companies. The order will be sent to the address you specified when placing the order, and all updates and coordination for delivery are communicated to the phone number or email entered into the system.
International Shipments / Outside Israel's Borders We send the jewelry via secure international shipping that requires a signature upon delivery. Please note that there may be customs clearance costs in the destination country - any customs clearance cost is at the customer's expense and is not covered by us in any way. The customer will bear the taxes for the consideration until the product reaches its destination. Any requirement for additional tax payment will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
